Colin is a hands on director involved in all matters affecting the RMBL Maneuver including liaising with Borrowers regarding their finance requirements, and dealing with Members in relation to the Scheme. A number of our Members are associated with the club, which raises funds to supply prosthetic hands to landmine victims. The hands are purchased in kits of 10 and sponsors are invited to participate in the assembling of hands. RMBL continues to experience a tall demand for funds and is qualified to immediately invest any funds deposited by Members. We will write to you to confess receipt of your complaint. We will notify you of the change in responsibility for resolution of your complaint. Again, should a resolution be reached at this stage we will write to you setting out the resolution and interrogate you to acknowledge your acceptance, and close your complaint on receipt of this acknowledgment. Again you will be advised in writing of this step taking place, and should a resolution be reached we will request your acknowledgment. If the above procedures are followed, and a resolution calm has not been achieved, we will then inform you of your external contradict resolution options.
