I will never shop here again.
On more than 2 occasions, the owner of this business has quoted a separate price and moments later upon purchase has charged 40 to 50 dollars more at checkout whilst other customers from the community are watching. In order to avoid embarrassment, the purchase is often made. She is sarcastic and rude. She also doesn't seek consent before touching your children and once wiped the floor with a wipe then put it on my kid's lips area claiming to wipe dribble which is totally unhygienic and uncalled for.
In future, I will order my items in advance from pakistan or buy from the many shops in Dandenong or check marketplace. Honesty is important in business. There is no need to manipulate customers. Clearly label your products. I wasn't looking for a discount but I would like to be respected enough to not be cheated by this owner.
