Upon your thriving application you will be asked to produce us with your company details so that we can issue you a Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Document for completion. Upon acceptance of Encore’s terms in these documents a Franchise Agreement will be executed and the initial franchise fee to be paid in full. During this period a credit check is exercised and proof of funds is required for franchise start up. Encore will work closely with you during the development and construction period of a new site, keeping you abreast of all operational requirements, milestones and installation dates. There is an initial franchise fee of 35,00 plus (G.S.T) required for the opening of your Encore store, due upon siding the Franchise Agreement. Encore expects franchisees to work in their stores fulltime as owner operators in view of selfless their business the conceivable chance of success.
